Medical Services & Insurance
The Health and Counseling Center on both campuses offers basic medical services. The following are the location on campus:
● Waichuanghsi Campus: Grand Complex, B214
● Downtown Campus: Building 6, R6105
In addition, if students need complete medical services or emergency services, they can go to the hospitals or private clinics near Shilin District for treatment.
The following is the hospital information:
Strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy for personal needs in your country before coming to Taiwan, such as overseas medical insurance and accident insurance. We offer our language students an accidental insurance policy but it's limited to accidental events only. For a general medical insurance policy, please buy it in your own country.
● Eligibility: students who hold an ARC and stay in Taiwan for more than 6 months should apply for National Health Insurance (NHI).
